Can I track my order? You can track your order on the website or app using the reference number in your dispatch confirmation email.
How can I make an exchange? To arrange an exchange or return, please email us at support@govella.online within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.
What items cannot be returned? For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on earrings. All other eligible items can be returned in their original, unworn condition within our return period.
How long does it take to get a refund? Returned or exchanged items will be inspected upon receipt, and refunds will be processed, or exchanges arranged within five business days. Please note that refunds may take between 3 to 10 business days to process, depending on whether a credit or debit card was used and the processing times of your bank.
What materials are we using? Our jewellery collection is meticulously crafted from a selection of premium materials, including Sterling (92,5%), Rhodium plating, 14k gold plating, rose gold, and select pieces in Stainless Steel. As part of our exclusive collection, we are creating unique pieces made from pure 18k gold and natural Colombian emeralds, each accompanied by certification for authenticity. Each piece is thoughtfully designed to suit a diverse array of styles and individual preferences.
