Delivery
How long does delivery take? ​Deliveries are not available on Sundays or UK Bank Holidays. Express orders are delivered from Monday to Friday. Standard Delivery (2-3 working days), Express Delivery (1-2 working days), Special Delivery (Next working day for orders placed by 5 PM Mon-Fri).​​
What are your delivery options? All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail. Tracking updates from Royal Mail will include the name 'Govella' in the email notifications. Delivery options Free Standard Delivery 2-3 days UK only. (excluding Sunday & bank holidays) Express Delivery £4.25 1-2 days if ordered Monday-Thursday before 4 pm (excludes weekends & bank holidays) Special Delivery £8.75 1-2 days if ordered before 5pm. A signature will be required upon delivery.
How can I track my order? You will receive an email notification with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
Where do you deliver? We currently ship to all addresses in Great Britain and Northern Ireland and we also offer international deliveries.
Exchanges & Return To initiate an exchange or return, please contact us via email (support@govella.online) within 14 days of receiving your order. For exchanges, kindly return only the item(s) along with the original packaging. All items must be in unworn, saleable condition and accompanied by a valid receipt. Please note that, for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-exchangeable, and items purchased as part of a set must be returned in full (excluding earrings).
Return Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, and any shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to a quality issue or an incorrect item received. If an order is returned to us by the postal service or courier due to an incomplete delivery, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping (excluding standard delivery). We are unable to assume responsibility for items lost or stolen in return transit. To ensure secure delivery, please use a tracked service when sending items back to us. Items must be returned in their original condition; we cannot accept returns of items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Please note that all purchases of sale items, including sample sale pieces, are considered final and are ineligible for return or refund.
Receive your refund Returned or exchanged items will be inspected upon receipt, and refunds will be processed, or exchanges arranged within five business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and a confirmation email will be sent once the return or exchange is completed. Please note that refunds may take between 3 to 10 business days to process, depending on whether a credit or debit card was used and the processing times of your bank. Our jewellery collection is meticulously crafted from a selection of premium materials, including Sterling (92,5%), Rhodium plating, 14k gold plating, rose gold, and select pieces in Stainless Steel. Each piece is thoughtfully designed to suit a diverse array of styles and individual preferences.
